Customers
Introduction
This guide shows you how to log in to the cash register as a customer and how to create and edit a customer.
Log in as customer and book sale to customer

Select or create customer in the web cash register

Select existing customer: Click on the “Customers” menu item in the web cash register. Search for the desired customer in the list and select them.

Create new customer: If the customer does not exist yet, click on “Add customers”. Fill in the required fields (e.g. name, address, email) and save the new customer.

Add products to shopping cart
- Select the desired products from the assortment and add them to the shopping cart.

Select payment method
- Click on the “Pay” button. Select the appropriate payment method, e.g. “Invoice”, to book the sale to the customer.

Complete sale
- Confirm the payment. The sale is now assigned to the selected customer.
Important notes: “Activate customer management” make sure that customer management is activated in the web cash register settings.
Create new customer
You can also record a new customer in the web cash register.
- Press “Customers” in the menu on the left.
- Press the “Add customers” button to record a new customer.
- Fill in the fields marked with *.
- Here you can also decide whether a customer may also receive an invoice.
- Save the information.
- The customer is automatically created and can now be used.
Edit customer data
You can edit the data of existing customers in the web cash register. To do this, select the “Customers” tab in the menu and then use the pencil icon to edit the data of the desired customer.
