How can I set a minimum stock level for a product?
There are two ways to define or update the minimum stock quantity for an item:
1. Directly within the item:
- Open the relevant item for editing: ‘Product Range’ → “Items” → ‘Item Overview’ → ‘Select Item’
- Scroll down in the edit screen to the ‘Stock’ section
- There you will find the Minimum Stock Quantity field, where you can enter or adjust the desired value.
2. Via bulk editing (for multiple items at once)
- Go to ‘Product range’ → ‘Bulk editing’ → ‘Stock management’.
- Under ‘System Categories’, click on ‘Show all items’ to open the stock management for all items. Optional: First select a specific ‘Category’ to display only items in that category.
- In the overview, you will see the ‘Minimum’ column for each listed item.
Here you can edit the values directly and then save them.
How can I import products into the online shop?
If you have already been using AbaNinja and would like to offer the same products in your online shop, you can import them very easily. The reverse is also possible: you can transfer products from the online shop to AbaNinja with a single click.
1. How to import items from AbaNinja into the online shop:
- In the shop administration, open the ‘Modules’ menu.
- Select the ‘AbaNinja’ icon
- Click on ‘Get started’
- To import items from AbaNinja into the online shop, select the ‘ABANINJA → COMMERCE (optional)’ button
2. How to export items from the online shop to AbaNinja:
- If you have already imported items from AbaNinja, the ‘21.Commerce → ABANINJA (optional)’ button will now also be available to you. Use this function to transfer online shop items back to AbaNinja.
Once the transfer is complete, you will receive a confirmation. Depending on the direction of the data transfer, the items will then be available either in the webshop or in AbaNinja – ready for sale or further processing.
How do I copy an item?
If you wish to copy an existing item, follow these steps:
- Go to ‘Product Range’ → ‘Items’.
- Select the item you wish to duplicate.
- Click on the ‘Duplicate product’ icon.
A copy of the product will be created automatically. You can now assign a new product name. The product number is optional – if you do not specify one, one will be generated automatically.
Finally, save the duplicated product as a new product.
How can I edit multiple items at the same time?
In the shop, you can edit multiple items at once. To do this, proceed as follows:
- Open the ‘Product Range’ → ‘Bulk Update’ section.
- Select the desired function, e.g. Promotions, Stock Management or Update Item Description.
- Then select the category whose items you wish to edit, or go to ‘System Categories’ and click ‘Show all items’
All items in the selected category are now displayed in a clear list. Here you can make the desired changes directly and then save them.
