In this guide you will find various questions and answers on the subject of 21st shop articles

How can I add a minimum stock quantity to the article?

There are two different ways to define or update the minimum stock quantity.

you can view the minimum stock quantity on the item itself. To do this, scroll all the way down to Stock management in the editing screen.

you go via Article -> Mass mutation -> Stock management -> Show all articles (you can also select a category if you wish) to the mass mutation of the stock management. Here you have the option of viewing the minimum stock quantity of all items in a specific category.

How can I import the articles into the online shop?

Have you already worked with AbaNinja and would now like to offer the same products online? Then you can easily import the products. You can also go the other way round and transfer the items you have entered in the online shop to AbaNinja with a click of the mouse.

select the “Modules” button in the selection window
now click on the “AbaNinja” icon

select “First steps”.
now click on the “ABANINJA - COMMERCE (OPTIONAL)” button to import the AbaNinja articles
however, if you want to have the Commerce articles available in AbaNinja, click on the “21.COMMERCE - ABANINJA (OPTIONAL)” button (this only appears after an import from AbaNinja to 21.COMMERCE)

If the data transfer is successful, you will receive confirmation and can now sell the items via the online shop.

How do I copy an article?

You can copy an article by going to an existing article, adding a new article number and a new article name and saving it as “new”.

How can I edit several items at the same time?

In the shop, you have the option of editing several items at the same time. To do this, select the desired function via Article -> Mass mutation.

Then select the category to be edited. All items in the category will now be displayed. You can now clearly edit or update the products here.
