Language settings in 21.Shop and 21.POS

21.Commerce can be used in five different languages: German, English, French, Italian and Romansh.

When you open 21.SHOP and 21.POS for the first time, the default language of your browser will be used. Other languages must first be configured in the app:

1. Go to “Settings” → “Languages”.

2. Under “Not installed languages”, you now have the option to set up additional languages – this may take a few minutes.

3. Once the language has been installed, you can select which languages should be active for customers and/or in the administration under “Available languages”. In addition, one language can be set as the default language.

4. If several languages are active in the administration, they can be changed as desired in the top right corner of the app.

5. If several languages have also been activated on the customer side, shop visitors can select them in the top right corner.
