Free Position

Introduction

With 21.POS, a product that has not (yet) been recorded in the administration can be easily recorded and sold directly in the cash register interface as a free position.

Instructions

1. Open web cash register: Open the “Web cash register”. 2. Add new position: Click on the “+ Free Position” or “Manual Position” button (depending on layout) to record an individual product. 3. Enter details: Enter the desired information in the dialog box.

• “Label”: Name or description of the product or service
• “Price”: Selling price (gross)
• “VAT rate”: Select the appropriate VAT rate.
• Optional: Quantity and possibly discounts 4. Confirm position: Confirm the entry with “Add product” – the position is now added to the current shopping cart.

5. Complete sale: Complete the sale as usual via the “Pay” button and select the desired payment method.
