21.Commerce Instructions
Here you will find everything you need to set up, customise and expand your 21.Shop and 21.POS system. Our documentation and tutorials will help you from installation to configuration of PepperShop.

Setting up 21.Shop and 21.POS
In this video you can expect an overview of the 21.Commerce administration including dashboard, change customer view/administration and the most important basic settings. You will also get to know the POS cash register system.
The portal
Once you have logged in or registered with swiss21.org, you will be taken to the portal. Here you have an overview of your subscription, your invoices and you can see your dashboard.
Dashboard
Here you can see the apps that you can install. We will now only focus on 21.Shop and 21.POS. To be able to use an online shop and/or the POS, you must install these apps. To do this, click on the ‘Install’ button. This may take a few minutes.
As soon as the installation is complete, click on the corresponding tile to access the 21.Commerce administration.
If you have any questions about your portal and your subscription, please contact portal support directly using the web form. Click on the following link: helpdesk.swiss21.org/hc/en/requests/new and select the 21.Portal option under ‘Application affected’.
Where can I find my UUID?
The UUID (Universally Unique Identifier) is a unique identification number that belongs only to you. This number can be used by the support team, for example, to help you much better.
You can find the number in two ways:
- go to your company at the top right of the portal.
- click on ‘Support’.
- click on ‘Support Info’.
- you will see a user UUID and further down the UUIDs of the individual apps.
- copy the required UUIDs.
Tip: Please always copy the UUIDs and send them as text. In the case of an image or screenshot, the entire text must be copied.
If you are logged into the portal, you can also add the following to the URL at the top: /support/info. This will also take you to the page with the UUIDs.

How can I switch to the full version?
Are you reaching the limits of 21.Commerce’s functions? 21.Shop and 21.POS are both light versions of the PepperShop digital commerce system.
With the full version PepperShop you can utilise the full potential!
