Cross-Selling
Introduction
The webshop of 21.COMMERCE can be extended with the cross-selling module, so that the webshop evaluates in which combination shop items are often bought and the shop customer can automatically display purchase recommendations.

Presentation of purchase recommendations
The purchase recommendations are updated each time the order is completed and are immediately displayed with the purchased items (customers who bought this item also bought it).
Administration
The cross-selling module works largely independently. In the shop administration you will find in the menu Settings - System-Configuration - Operations after the module installation the area Cross-Selling with the following call options:
- Calculate cross-selling recommendations All orders are evaluated and the purchase recommendations are determined. This functionality has to be called after the installation of the module, if orders have already been placed in the shop.
- Deleting cross-selling recommendations All purchase recommendations will be deleted.
Under Settings - General information - System-configuration you can determine whether:
- Linked option articles are displayed when you place them in the shopping cart
- Articles linked via cross-selling can be placed directly in the shopping cart.
