Introduction

Various discounts can be applied in 21.POS. This guide explains how to enter discounts.

Entering a discount

You can enter a global discount (a discount on the final amount) or a discount on individual products.

Global discount

To do this, click on the “Discount” button in the current order. Here you can choose whether you want to enter a percentage discount or a specific amount as a discount.

Product discount

If you only want to apply the discount to one item, you can click on the percent sign under the price display in the item line. You can now specify a percentage or an amount as the discount.
