Administration: More secure, clearer, more efficient

The new administration in 21.Commerce Version 11 is based on a new technical foundation. All masks have been optimised for this purpose, and important areas such as customers, orders, products and categories have been completely redesigned. With the central quick search, you can find content and functions immediately – without any cumbersome navigation. The revised dashboard offers a better overview. Overall, the newly designed 21.Commerce V11 administration system brings noticeable improvements in usability – for faster, more secure and more efficient management of your shop and POS system.

The dashboard of the 21.Commerce V11 administration has been redesigned and now offers an even better overview and more relevant information. Here are the most important new features:

Separate display of sales and orders

The previous statistics have been divided into two separate cards to provide a better overview.
Display of negative amounts in sales

Negative amounts are now also displayed in the sales statistics.
New customers in the last month

This new metric shows you how many customers made their first purchase from you in the last month.
Live display of current visitors

You can see in real time how many visitors are currently in your online shop.
Payment method visible in the latest orders

The overview of recent orders now also displays the payment method used in each case.

The quick search function in 21.Commerce V11 Administration has been comprehensively optimised, making your daily work even easier and more efficient.

You can now search for specific content and jump directly to the relevant area:

Products (product number, product name, etc.)

Customers (customer number, name, company, etc.)
Orders (order number, invoice number, etc.)

The management of categories has been made even more user-friendly in 21.Commerce V11 Administration. Here are the most important new features:

Drag and drop

No more tedious allocation – simply click on a category and drag it to the desired location.
Search function

There is now also a search function in the category overview that allows you to quickly find the category you want.
Fresh design

The editing mask shines in a new, modern design and ensures better overview and usability.
Asset Manager

You can now upload category images directly to the Asset Manager to organise them centrally, access them quickly and use them flexibly in the desired categories.
Subcategories

When you create a new category, you can classify it in the first step and also create a subcategory right away.

Product management has been completely revised and simplified in 21.Commerce V11 Administration. The most important new features at a glance:

Three become one

The previous menu products ‘New product’, ‘Edit product’ and ‘Delete product’ have been merged into a single screen.
New product list

A central overview shows all products at a glance. You can specify how many products should be displayed per page.
Filtering and sorting

Various filter and sorting options help you quickly find the products you want. Of course, there is also a quick search function to search for product names and product numbers.
product characteristics as tags

Certain product characteristics such as ‘promotion’ or ‘inactive’ are displayed as tags next to the products. For sub-products, a link in the tag leads directly to the corresponding parent product.
Duplicate products

With just one click, you can duplicate existing product– easier and faster than ever before.

The product editing screen in the 21.Commerce V11 administration offers you a newly designed interface that brings all the important functions together in one place. This allows you to edit your products in just a few steps and with minimal effort. Everything you need is now on one page – for maximum efficiency and an even better user experience.

New design

Instead of one long page, the mask is now divided into clear cards. All settings are located on one page.
Edit variants directly

Variants are now displayed in a separate tab. All sub-Products are immediately visible, can be edited directly and it is easy to switch between them.
Edit features directly

Product features can now be managed directly in the product in their own tab.
SEO optimised

Search engine optimisation has been greatly improved and now has its own section. This makes your shop even easier to find.
Module-specific tabs

For some modules, additional tabs appear automatically in the product editing mask – so you can conveniently edit everything in one place.
Define availability

In addition to ‘active’ or ‘inactive’, products can now also be marked as “available” or ‘unavailable’.
Automatic promotion calculation

If the promotional price, original price or discount is changed, the system automatically adjusts the other values.
Direct link to the product in the shop

A button takes you directly to the product in the shop with a single click.
Save button and category assignment fixed

Both elements remain visible at the bottom of the window – no more scrolling to the bottom.
Warning for unsaved changes

A message appears when you leave the product editing screen without saving. This ensures that nothing is lost.

Customer management has been given its own place in the 21.Commerce V11 administration. By separating orders and customers, you now have a central, clear overview with powerful search and optimised design for more efficient processing.

New customer list

A central overview now shows all customers at a glance.
Filter, sort, search

A wide range of filter and sorting options as well as a powerful quick search make it easier to find specific customers – for example, by name, company or customer number.
New design for customer processing

Instead of one long page, the screen is now clearly divided into cards and tabs.
Order overview directly at the customer

In the new Orders tab, you can see all of a customer’s orders at a glance.

Orders: Faster loading times and better overview

With the separation of customers and orders, the order area in the 21.Commerce V11 administration has also been redesigned. The result: a significantly leaner, clearer display – and an enormous increase in performance.

With the new quick search and extensive filter and sorting options, you can find orders quickly and specifically – even with large amounts of data.

Thanks to technical optimisations, the order overview now loads noticeably faster.

Order information is now clearly displayed – instead of a confusing text list, you can see all the products ordered as if in a shopping basket.
