Receipt Configuration
Introduction
In the 21.Commerce administration, you can individually design the receipt for your customers.
Print your logo on the receipt, add a QR code, mention the customer on the receipt and much more.
Upload logo

Log in to the shop administration.

Navigate to the “Web cash register” menu item and select “Web cash register configuration” there.

Find the “Receipt Configuration” section.

Click on the “Select file” button to select an image file from your device.

Select the desired image file (e.g. your company logo) and confirm the upload.

After uploading, this logo will automatically be displayed on the printed receipts.
Customer on receipt
It is possible to display the customer name on the receipt:
- In the web cash register, you have the option to log in as a customer.
- For the name of the logged-in customer to appear on the receipt, the corresponding setting must be activated in the administration.
- To do this, go to “Web cash register” in the shop administration and open the “Web cash register configuration” section.
- Activate the “Customer on receipt” option there by checking the box.
- Once this setting is active and a customer is logged in during the sales process, their name will automatically be displayed on the printed receipt.
Receipt code
If you own an EPSON receipt printer, you can add a code to the receipt:
- In the web cash register settings, you can specify whether a “QR code”, a “Barcode” or “no code” should be displayed on the receipt.
- This selection serves to quickly and easily find sales transactions later in customer management.
- Please note: This setting only affects receipts printed via an EPSON receipt printer.
Closing text and cashier on receipt
By default, the text “Thank you for your purchase.” is displayed at the bottom of the receipt. You can customise this text:

To do this, go to the “Web cash register configuration” section in the shop administration.

Look for the setting for the “Closing text”.

There you can enter the desired text.

Here you also have the option to specify whether the “Cashier’s name” should appear on the receipt.

This text can also be adjusted if necessary – for example, to display additional information alongside the name.
Signature field for negative amounts
Should you book a negative amount in the cash register, you can use this field to require a signature. The receipt will be printed with a separate space for the signature.
A4 PDF receipt management
If you do not have a receipt printer connected, you can print the receipts via A4 as PDF. Here too, you can upload a PDF template for the 1st and subsequent pages.
