Modules & interfaces: More functions for smart sales

For 21.Commerce v11, we have expanded the existing voucher module with additional functions. The interfaces to Abaninja, Google Analytics and parcel tracking have also been revised. All these innovations simplify processes, increase efficiency and improve the customer experience.

Vouchers: Credit balance enquiry in the shop and checkout, new evaluation options

The Swiss digital commerce solution 21.Commerce V11 makes handling vouchers even more convenient for you and your customers. The voucher module has three new functions that make everyday life much easier:

Credit balance enquiry directly in the online shop

Enable your customers to easily check the current credit balance and expiry date of their vouchers themselves – directly in the online shop. The query page can be conveniently linked in the header, footer or in the left-hand navigation bar. You can also add your own CMS content to the page.

• Better service Customers can access voucher information themselves at any time and get immediate clarity.
• Less support effort Most queries about credit balances are eliminated, significantly reducing your workload.
• Quick to set up The voucher query is already prepared as a system page and can be added to the online shop with just a few clicks.
• Individually expandable Easily add your own CMS content to the query page.

Query and merge vouchers in the web checkout

The new ‘Vouchers’ menu product in the web checkout makes it even easier to manage vouchers. All relevant information is immediately visible, and credit balances can be conveniently merged if necessary.

• All voucher details at a glance Whether validity, minimum basket value or restrictions – all voucher data can be accessed directly in the checkout.
• Practical voucher history In the history, you can see exactly what actions have already been carried out with the voucher, such as partial redemptions or previous transactions.
• Merge credit balances Would your customer like to combine two vouchers? Simply search for the second code and transfer the credit balance to the main voucher with just a few clicks.
• Redeem with one click Once you have found the right voucher, you can add it directly to the shopping basket and redeem it immediately.

Calculate outstanding voucher balances on a specific date

In the administration section, you can now calculate outstanding voucher balances on a date and time of your choice. This is particularly helpful for year-end closing in financial accounting or for analyses.

• Better planning Ideal for accounting, controlling or tax evaluations.
• Save time and avoid errors No more manual recalculations – all the data you need is available at the touch of a button.

AbaNinja, Google Analytics and parcel tracking: More exciting news

We have also optimised these interfaces for 21.Commerce V11:

• AbaNinja:
  • The new ‘API v2’ interface enables multilingual exchange of products between 21.Commerce and 21.AbaNinja.
  • Additional information, such as the manufacturer’s details for an product, can now also be sent.
• Google Analytics:
  • In order to comply with the latest data protection guidelines, the interface now runs via the Google Consent API and the cookie banner in the online shop has been adjusted accordingly.
  • Wish list module: As soon as a customer adds an product to their wish list, a corresponding event is now automatically sent to Analytics.
• Parcel tracking:
  • Tracking via UPS is now integrated.
